		<description>I think it&#039;s OK to die in the last mile.  It&#039;s one indication that you weren&#039;t taking it too easy in the middle.  So it sounds like your Saturday run was a hard workout.  I&#039;ve been wondering if those days were hard enough.  However, does this mean you are doing 4 hard workouts a week?  Plus you did the gefelti fish run? 

I have no idea why you were tired on Sunday. :) But you must have recovered because there was some indication in a post that you torched the firecracker.

I think perhaps you should evaluate just what it is you are doing to your body.  So many opportunities, so few fresh mitochondria.

Have you read the book?  Have you been taking your resting pulse rate?</description>
