Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that i got lost on that trail once and know the feeling. I lived off of City Park road close by the trail and wanted to do a long run on a hot Sunday late afternoon. I was lost, stuck without water or cell phone and the sun was setting. I was never so scared in my life! It was survival in real life! Well, i did make it home, but not after almost fainting in the parking lot after i made it out of the loop and a good Samaritan giving me water....i'll never forget that day. Sorry about your race.

I know I'm super-slow and chicken on rocky hills which makes me even slower. But I am stunned at how well you ran that course. I knew you'd do well, but during the race and seeing all that rocky terrain with ups and downs galore, I wondered if it was slowing you down. I love it that it didn't slow you down.
