“Official” results from the Belterra 5K are posted. My pod must be about 15 seconds off per mile. That’s a lot but about right since it is off by about 50 meters per mile (about 3%). Apparently last year’s winner won a year’s membership to 24 Hour Fitness.

On to the Capital 10,000. I’ve underperformed the last 2 years (the only 2 years other than 1997 with Jessica), so hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can run strong.
