You proabably want to be &quot;loaded&quot;, that is worn out for the 13 miler rather than the &quot;race&quot;.  The mon-Fri workouts are plenty to load you for the race anyway.  For a long day you could run another 6 after the race, same day.  There&#039;s training through  and then there&#039;s over-training.

At anyrate, that was an awesome week.  I think you deserve a little break, maybe some easy quicker stuff to bring out your natural speed.
