And after you rest you will start to feel really good.  If you want to race at this point, don&#039;t do hard workouts.  You will want to and will automatically unless you stay in control.  A couple of hard workouts can send you back to dead leg land.

I think you peaked.  You can probably continue for awhile if you rest.</description>
