Well, the 3M Half-Marathon is tomorrow and I figured it was time for my regularly scheduled pre-race excuse-fest, and boy do I have plenty of them this time around … sickness, malaise, injury, motivation, time, general wussy-ness … you name it and I can offer it up. Suffice to say I have not been running well the past six weeks or so, but what the hell, let’s just see what I run tomorrow and go from there. I will say that any expectation or extrapolation based on my IBM 10K time would be foolish for you to make and foolhardy for me to attempt. So, come back tomorrow and see just what kind of fool I am.
