Muh-foo-koo

There’s a lady at work that pronounces the acronym “MFCU” as “muh-foo-koo”. “Well, the muh-foo-koo policies say blah and we at muh-foo-koo aren’t too keen on non-muh-foo-koo personnel seeing those documents ….” Grrrr….

I ran with Jessica’s iPod yesterday. All hail Morrissey and his funtime, runtime beats! Today I ran mile repeats at Austin High. 6.12, 6.04, 6.02, 6.03.

Verdict? The iPod is overrated, that one dude is faaassst, and I’ll muh-foo-kick your aaassssss.
