And what do you know, no sooner than I had written the last blog post on writing and running, I was inspired to create a new video. A lot of that inspiration is due to The Welsh Runner. I’ve been watching his videos lately, and they’ve sparked a little fire in me. Running is going well, I’ve got some time on my hands, and I have a Jonesing for some creatin’!
In this episode, it’s just me talking, so a little dry and boring, but that’s the quickest way to content right now. I had a good week of running, 47 miles total over seven days, hit all of my Easy Interval Method workouts, ran with another actual human, and saw some of nature’s beauty. Hope you enjoy!
